WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Are you passionate about being the bridge between client needs and company solutions? Are you an expert in ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of complex solutions?
We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Account Manager. You’ll work hands-on with clients to understand their needs, assist with the technical aspects of onboarding and setup, and collaborate with our product team to deliver cutting-edge functionality that drives value.
Responsibilities:
- Client Implementation: Lead and support clients through technical onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring a smooth and successful setup.
- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to help clients optimize their use of our products and services.
- Collaborate with Product Team: Work closely with the product team to communicate client needs, feedback, and challenges, influencing the roadmap to deliver custom solutions and enhancements.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of complex, multi-phase projects, ensuring that timelines, objectives, and quality standards are met.
- Client Advocacy: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs and ensure their long-term success.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure knowledge transfer and support.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact client satisfaction or project delivery.
- Training and Enablement: Provide training sessions, demos, and workshops to ensure clients can effectively use the product’s most advanced functionalities.
Who you are:
- You are customer-centric and you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction
- You have great communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and relatable way
- You have proven ability to manage and deliver complex technical projects, including experience with project management tools
- You have experience working closely with product teams, engineers, and customer success teams to drive outcomes
- You have experience in understanding APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise-level software implementation
- You have at least 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- You have ownership and accountability for your work
- You easily adapt to new situations and thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven scenarios
