Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Alignment Manager who loves helping people and assisting our clients in achieving their mission through technology. This role is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships, documentation alignment, while providing support and security recommendations and building clients’ long-term technology strategies.
As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with a supportive, fast-learning team of problem solvers who live by a “make better mistakes tomorrow” mindset. If you’re someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, values building strong relationships, and can translate complex technical concepts to the tech illiterate, we’d love to hear from you!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated in-person end user support experience working with both technical and non-technical users.
- Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships with an emphasis of C-Suite level executives and upper management.
- High passion and drive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with general office applications.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of customer service experience (preferably in-person, we like people!).
- 2+ years of experience working with C-Suite level executives and upper management.
- 2+ years of previous MSP/IT experience.
- Physical ability to squat, crawl, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Work with active customers to develop deep and quality relationships.
- Perform onsite and remote assessments of clients’ technology to discover and inform about risks.
- Conduct onsite or virtual Technology Business Reviews (TBRs) that highlight the current risks, remediations, and technology roadmap moving forward.
- Work with team to develop technical solutions and projects.
- Documentation standards and technical alignment across the knowledge base.
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of technical solutions.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
- Follow company process through activities tickets in ConnectWise and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
