We are seeking a Technical Account Manager who will be at the heart of our technical integrations, ensuring seamless collaboration with DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and internal business departments. Responsibilities:
- Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing technical support.
- Monitor, optimize, and analyze integrations to ensure they perform within strict targets and KPIs.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to exchange integrations/discrepancies, and escalate bugs to the Engineering and Product Management teams.
- Create SQL-based internal dashboards and complex reports for internal business departments and Product Management needs.
- Prepare custom reporting API specifications for partners.
- Manually test new features and logic changes.
- Debug and troubleshoot ad display issues on both direct and external publishers’ websites in Desktop and Web environments.
- Modify the format/style of ads to optimize user experience and profitability.
