Responsibilities:
Join our team as Technical Account Manager. In this role you will play a key role in supporting our customers in all technical matters and driving technical growth in a dynamic industry environment. Your main responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Identify, drive and prioritize technical growth opportunities and business potentials in collaboration with Sales and Key Account Management
- Ensure sales and profitability targets are met through close collaboration with key stakeholders, both regionally and globally
- Initiate and implement market and customer-focused projects to support day-to-day business activities
- Manage customer complaints and non-conformities, handling customer-specific specifications and material selection
- Contribute to product portfolio management and manage new product development and improvement projects
- Gather competitive and market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors and reporting market trends
- Develop internal technical expertise through training and manage lab work, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Contribute to regional and global industry strategy by defining technical positioning and assessing long-term application trends
