COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • Must be articulate and able to work directly with senior management as a high-level expert
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
  • Communication, both written and verbal, must be clear, concise, and easily understood by multiple levels within the organization
  • Ability to ask questions or provide answer under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work in an open team environment and be a team player with all levels of staff and management is required

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associate degree with 2+ years’ proven experience as an Account Manager, Data Analyst or Project Manager. Educational background should have a focus on data analytics, and/or business management.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Capable of interfacing with TrueScripts clients provide solutions to problems.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Products.
  • Need to be flexible and work as a team player.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and have good organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time.
  • Ability to communicate and work under stress effectively while always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Need to be self-motivated and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In a few words
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at TrueScripts is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with various partners with whom TrueScripts exchanges data. The TAM will coordinate and develop data exchange specifications, updates our Master Data with details regarding data exchanges, and facilitates daily remediation as data exchange issues occur.
The fundamentals for the job

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Current TPA, Broker and 3rd Party Vendor Accounts:
    o Work strategically with the team (including account management, clinical, and data analytics) for client satisfaction and service delivery.
    o Act as contact via telephone and email for client to resolve any questions/issues on an on-going basis.
    o Collaborating with internal teams including account management, clinical, member care, business analyst, data analytics, and business development with existing and new data exchanges
    o Coordinate and participate in client meetings such as introductory, kick-off, maintenance and closing meeting.
    o Be proficient in CRM and all aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication.
    o Provide reporting as needed to client/broker/TPA

o Prepare and provide reporting as needed to client/broker/TPA

  • New TPA, Broker and 3rd Party Vendor Accounts:

o Ensure CRM data input is accurate and complete and make suggestions/recommendations for additional data points to capture using CRM or other reporting databases
o Coordinate aspects of new account meetings including document preparation and reporting
o Prepare client support documents as needed.
o Execute on-boarding process involving of TPA, Broker and 3rd Party Vendor Accounts.
o Review data exchange specifications suggested by a partner and have a solid understanding of TrueScripts Standard Specifications for comparisons. Be versed to recommend the TrueScripts standards where possible or applicable.
