Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Operations team and help build our cutting-edge Customer Success function.
Based in Stockholm, you will work closely with the Customer Support and Customer Integration teams, collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will utilise your technical expertise, business insight, and outstanding relationship-building abilities to become a trusted technical advisor for our merchants.
Responsibilities:
Act as a proactive technical partner to our merchants, providing expert guidance and support.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer outcomes.
Serve as the escalation point for technical incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Develop and implement performance reporting processes to track and optimize customer success.
Design and refine onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Contribute to the creation of a platform that leverages customer data for continuous improvement.
Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with customers to address current issues and explore future opportunities.
