With best-in-class expertise and experience, underpinned by our technologically advanced facilities, we manufacture and retail a complete range of premium quality paving, walling, render and mortar products.
As a Technical Advisor you will support Kilsaran customers and sales/internal teams on matters relating to product specification and applications support.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good knowledge of the build environment, construction methods and building service topics such as understanding basic building technics, thermal performance, rendering, concrete repair, screeding, mortars and cementitious product applications
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Good IT skills with experience knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Team player capable of working with other to achieve company goals
Excellent administration, communication, and organization skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work proactively on own initiative
Responsibilities:
Work within the ethos and standards of the company.
Member of team responsible for Irish and UK product technical support.
Provide technical applications support.
Contribute to the design and creation of technical literature.
Support the marketing function where required.
Interact with clients/customers.
Assist with administration associated with role.
Record and maintain customer and project data on company CRM system.
Undertake any training that maybe required to complete your role.
Be flexible in work practices, be creative and innovative in responding to changes in requirements of work.
Assist other departments as requested to ensure company objectives are obtained.
Train on any company software that may be required to assist you in your role.
Prepared to travel where necessary.
Attend in a support role any Kilsaran trade exhibitions, training days or sales support days.
Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management.
