QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3/4 years of experience in the Facility Management and due diligence sector.
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering ; (other engineering backgrounds would be accepted in case of relevant experience).
- Excellent proficiency in English (Minimum B2).
- Excellent ability in analysis and synthesis.
- Excellent relationship skills and aptitude for teamwork.
- Goal orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability for business trips on the national / international territory
Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a MEP Consultant , you will be a fundamental resource for Arcadis’ economic and reputational development. You will be involved in innovative projects that reflect the spirit of the company, and you will provide support to the company’s business lines in the implementation of new initiatives.
Supporting the team of Business Advisory which operates for the identification of risks and opportunities on feasibilities and transactions, you will carry out the verification of systems and related documentation performing both on-site inspections at sites (with the necessary precautions and safety requirements) and Data Room analysis and you will be a point of reference for the Project Manager and the Client in relation to MEP findings and risks. For some Projects requiring only MEP advisory you will be the Project Manager taking care of the whole process towards the Client. You will be involved in due diligence practices together with professionals in the sector, with the possibility of working in dynamic and high-level teams
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Inspection and technical verification of the systems (possible feasibility analyses are included);
- Document review of systems documentation (design, certifications, permitting and statutory documentation, etc);
- Analysis of the maintenance status of the property through an inspection to verify compliance with the present documentation, the presence of any discrepancies and the identification of risks and possible mitigation for both operational needs and transactional requirements.
- Analysis of the quality of the property, evaluating any costs and timing of corrective interventions based on the conservation conditions and problems encountered.
- Estimation of the multi-year CapEx of the properties, tenancy analysis and lease agreements.
- Drafting of checklist and Q&A formulation together with the counterpart, following the evolution of the document progress from time to time.
- Drafting of associated reports and Technical Due Diligence for the MEP systems in English.
