Description:
TECHNICAL ANALYSTVISIONPOOL BUSINESS SERVICES REQUIRES A TECHNICAL ANALYST TO WORK ON A HYBRID BASIS.
Description of Duties :
- Managing incidents or requests that arise
- Workday configuration
- Report / Dashboard creation
- Supporting third-party applications
Required Experience :
- Understanding of Workday and the ability to support the integrations we have currently developed.
- Ability to manage incidents that come in through email and Service Now.
- Build out reporting requests as well as dashboards within Workday
- Supporting any 3rd Party applications within the HR Enablement product
- Understanding of Active Directory provisioning
- Working in an Agile environment
