Description:

Our top government client on the Oomple Platform is looking for a Technical Analyst who can join their team for a 6-month remote contract.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have or be eligible for Enhanced Reliability Status.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, business workflows, and web solutions.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow in roles such as Business Analyst, Developer, or Administrator.
  • Knowledge of data models and databases.
  • Experience in design and software architecture.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with financial business reporting tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders, focusing on financial business reports and workflows.
  • Analyze legacy solutions in Excel, SharePoint 2016, and Nintex, proposing replacement solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with architects to develop and propose end-state solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Execute and document testing plans to ensure system functionality.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for requirements, solutions, test plans, and implementation plans.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and feedback are incorporated.
