Description:
Our top government client on the Oomple Platform is looking for a Technical Analyst who can join their team for a 6-month remote contract.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have or be eligible for Enhanced Reliability Status.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, business workflows, and web solutions.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow in roles such as Business Analyst, Developer, or Administrator.
- Knowledge of data models and databases.
- Experience in design and software architecture.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with financial business reporting tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders, focusing on financial business reports and workflows.
- Analyze legacy solutions in Excel, SharePoint 2016, and Nintex, proposing replacement solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Collaborate with architects to develop and propose end-state solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation of proposed solutions.
- Execute and document testing plans to ensure system functionality.
- Create comprehensive documentation for requirements, solutions, test plans, and implementation plans.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and feedback are incorporated.
