EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• A Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a similar field.
• 1-5 years laboratory experience
• Effective communication, both written and oral
• Customer centricity
• Proficient in English and French

• Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services by answering customer technical inquiries received via telephone, email or web chat
• Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management system
• Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies
• Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ and technical information
• Participate in additional special team or individual projects
