Description:
> SUMMARY:
The Technical Application Specialist is a pivotal role within Christie Innomed, providing comprehensive technical support for the Fujifilm Synapse Pathology solution. This position requires collaboration with internal teams, including senior account executives, local project management, and support teams, as well as Fujifilm’s product and technical teams. The specialist may also engage with other Christie Innomed solutions as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
>EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
>EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the medical imaging or healthcare IT industry.
- Experience with pathology or medical imaging solutions is highly desirable.
>TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues.
- Knowledge of network configurations, database management, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and other healthcare standards and protocols.
>SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Participate in the development and implementation of other Christie Innomed solutions as required.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on customer interactions and technical experiences.
