REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant experience with Drupal and other CMS platforms, and content delivery networks (CDNs).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in the tech digital agency industry delivering for enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience synthesizing input, insight, and experience from multiple sources to design and deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies, such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), databases, and APIs.
  • Proven experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Technical Architect Digital Convergence, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, evaluating existing systems and infrastructure, and designing scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives, and supporting the RFP responses with the Opportunity Team. Your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills will be essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide the development process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the collaboration with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and challenges.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings to gather information, clarify needs, and define project scope.
  • Analyze existing systems, infrastructure, and technical constraints to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Support the Design of end-to-end solutions that address business requirements, including software applications, databases, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure components.
  • Analyze and estimate capacity, costing, and solutions for new engagement opportunities.
  • Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for development teams to follow.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms to recommend the most suitable options for specific projects.
  • Collaborate and support pre-sales activities with stakeholders, including actively participating in the RFP processes.
  • Support the audit and evaluate Client platforms / digital ecosystems, provide innovative improvement suggestions and recommendations.
  • Assess third-party software and services for integration purposes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
  • Work closely with engagement managers to define project timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
  • Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
