Northbridge Insurance Technical Assistants interpret customer service requests and gather relevant information to allow for quick and accurate processing of inquiries. They work closely with our underwriters and brokers to provide technical and administrative support to them.
Our Technical Assistants are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our underwriters and brokers – this means emails and phone calls don’t go unanswered.
