RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.
AT&T has an opening for a Technical Assistant to perform administrative and office support activities for the Program Management Office.
Responsibilities:
- Work on assignments that are complex in nature in a classified environment.
- Coordinate activities with internal and external clients.
- Contact personnel at various organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
- Determine processes to handle routing assignments or new assignments and projects and provides guidance and direction to other personnel within the organization.
- Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and control of electronic or paper records.
- May handle all logistics for seminars and external meetings.
- Perform administrative and office support activities for the Program Management Office reporting to the Program Manager.
- Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, generating meeting notes, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
- Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications: High School diploma/GED and five (5) years’ experience of hands-on administrative support. Two (2) years’ experience in the following categories: working on complex projects, time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be an Experienced user of Microsoft suite of products proficient in Powerpoint is a must. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, English, History, Communications or a related field is desired.
