THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst with proven technical authoring abilities to join our growing AI team. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical development and business stakeholders for our cutting-edge AI projects. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, documenting technical specifications, and creating user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences. Experience with AI agents and chatbots is highly desirable.

• Experience with AI agents and chatbot development.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.

• Elicit, analyze, and document application capabilities for AI projects, working closely with stakeholders across different departments.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals.
• Develop documentation to illustrate system functionality and user interactions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and best practices for AI project documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in AI, particularly in areas related to agent and chatbot technologies.
