The Model Serving Platform (MSP) at Rabobank is at the core of getting machine learning models into production, that is, into the bank’s information streams - from financial reporting over risk figures to combatting financial fraud.
Our teams of the Analytics Platform serve the MSP and the model’s lifecycle and we belong to the Tech 4 Data & Analytics domain which in turn belongs to the Chief Innovation and Technology Office (CITO).
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 3 years total of professional experience within the data & analytics domain is required, maybe even some exposure to AI
- Various ecosystems and processes, such as Azure Cloud and DevOps, Databricks, AzureML, deployment pipelines and governance thereof
- Practice in scrum methods and DevOps in generalSecurity concepts such as RBAC, ACL
SKILLS:
- Strong and proactive communication skills
- Ability to abstract existing workflows, but to also the other way around: understand concepts and guidelines to design detailed processes within existing systems
- Critical thinking about the status quo and propose specific changes to it
- Understanding of how developers in your team, but also the data scientists who are our clients
- Rudimentary knowledge of machine learning, including generative artificial intelligence, data models, and cloud infrastructureGeneral affinity for and curiosity about technology
Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze requirements by our clients, understand their goals and needs, then ultimately translate that into (technical) requirements for your developers
- Challenge and advize the business users on their ideas and needs if this is truly what they want and whether this is even technically possible in a diplomatic fashion
- Support your developer squad to create backlog items which are fully ready for implementation
- Resolve discrepancies between stakeholders’ requirements and our own technology’s capabilities by communicating and coordinating
- Represent the PO during their absence
- Communicate with other teams and stakeholders in- and outside your tribe
- Optimize or even redesign processes and workflows
- Ensure security compliance of our infrastructure with your squad and beyond mere security aspects also proper governance of the infrastructure
