Technical Business Analyst - Based in Newcastle, NSW

• Work with high value corporate and Institutional clients
• Permanent role
• Newcastle, NSW based role - Please only apply if you are based near Wallsend/Newcastle and can attend the office 3 days a week.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the design, implementation and testing of Qvalent product implementations and change requests
• Create and maintain detailed records of implementation tasks during the delivery process.
• Identify and diagnose technical problems, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for customers.
• Escalate complex issues to senior delivery staff or other internal teams when necessary.
• Become knowledgeable in Qvalent applications and keep up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements in order to implement the best possible customer solutions.
• Participate in customer scoping workshops and presales activities
