We’re looking for engaging people to join our amazing delivery team as developers and consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS - WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
  • PMI Certification or CSM is considered an asset
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an Agile environment
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Web Technologies / Web Development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work virtually
  • Ability to strongly voice your opinions, while still actively hearing others
  • Foresight to find and fix issues before anyone ever notices something is wrong.
  • Canadian Citizenship or authorization to work within Canada
  • The ability to work in the USA and willingness to travel globally
  • Passion for what you do

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with internal and external stakeholders and clients to review project requirements
  • Develop detailed functional and technical requirements for the implementation of business process changes or improvements in data analysis and the creation of reports
  • Conduct Business Process Discovery and Mapping. Produce process models and workflows, diagrams, and provide input into data models
  • Prepare Business - and System Use case documentation & lead/participate in high-level design, lead requirements, and Use Case walkthroughs
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
  • Analyze data to identify where future opportunities lie, or to confirm success in previous initiatives
