SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Services Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Services Consulting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Strong business analytical skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Experience working with Jira (features, stories, and sub-tasks) and Confluence
  • Experience with SQL (preferred)
  • Experience with Audit and control
  • Experience working in a collaborative team that works across multiple functional areas
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, highly regulated, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain monthly report inventory
  • Support and manage the JIRA report intake process
  • Create and update all Jira stories for report documentation
  • Act as a consultant on all required report documentation, including business requirements and test documents
  • Provide one on one training and/or virtual class training on how to create requirements/test documents and/or enhancements to the process
  • Liaison and SME into centralized documentation team
  • Performs peer testing of all report artifacts
  • Provides maintenance of controls/procedure documents including control walkthrough decks, and all supporting documentation (utilizing Microsoft Word Redline functionality)
  • Acts as a SME on all department controls and executes controls on a regular frequency
  • Evaluates inefficiencies and duplicative processes within controls/procedures, develops plan to gain efficiencies with process improvements and executes on the plan.
