In this role you will be joining one of the Digital & Information Technology teams. Driven by a passion for operational excellence & innovation, we partner with all functional groups to provide the expertise and technologies which will enable the company to digitalize, simplify, and scale for the future. The teams include Enterprise Business Technology Solutions, Network & Security, Enterprise Data Solutions, Cloud, and Employee Productivity.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data management. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, translating those needs into actionable insights, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, analytics-ready data sets.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field – engineering, finance, data science, statistics, economics, or other quantitative.
• 2-5 years of analytical experience.
• Ability to independently plan and iterate on assignments to arrive at appropriate deliverables (dashboard, analysis, recommendation set, etc) to address partner business needs.
• Ability to establish subject matter expertise in an assigned business area in order to provide key actionable recommendations to business partners.
• Analytical skills: outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, experience in developing deep analytical insights about users of digital products and services.
• Technical skills: SQL, Python, knowledge of engineering concepts like ETL/ELT.
• Self-starter with sense of urgency to drive and implement insights.
