Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ, particularly in on-boarding and upgrading applications.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, and de-provisioning.
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ modules such as Identity Governance, Access Request, and Access Certification.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) and Ping Identity is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs related to identity and access management.
  • Lead the on-boarding process of new applications and systems into SailPoint IdentityIQ and Ping Identity, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the upgrade life cycle of SailPoint IIQ, including planning, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Conduct impact assessments and provide recommendations for enhancements or changes to existing systems.
  • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
  • Document workflows, procedures, and configurations related to SailPoint IIQ on-boarding and upgrades.
  • Prepare implementation and enhancement’s plans and track the progress.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new features and functionalities introduced through upgrades.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in identity governance and administration.
  • Review existing implementation and call out gaps in comparison to Industry Best Practices
