Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our technical and business teams. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the technical and business teams, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional a Business Process Analyst. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of understanding business requirements and translate them into technical specifications including process mapping, and flow charts, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks such as working with our development team to ensure that our products are built to meet our business requirements and support training users on system processes and applications. If you are a technical and business-savvy individual with great communication skills, then we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS:

• Work with different project managers to develop the project scope and timeline.
• Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents.
• Review and analyze system specifications, including the features and functionalities that are most important to test.

QUALIFICATIONS

• English Proficiency Required: Full Professional Proficiency.
• 5+ years of work experience in a technical support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems.
• Strong data-gathering and analysis skills.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
