Description:

Join our Identity Access Management (IAM) team within the Identity and Cyber Security Technology group on a transformation program of work to deliver a seamless customer experience for end-to-end asset lifecycle in the Identity Access Management User Access Management platform.

What role will you play?
In your role as a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with the product owner and an agile team of software engineers and collaborate on major Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform transformations.
Your work will include documenting technical workflows and requirements, engaging business stakeholders and subject matter experts, providing advice to app business and technical owners, troubleshooting, defining acceptance criteria and testing.

What you offer

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in technical discussion, and can convert technical jargons into understandable language to business stakeholders
  • Proficient in requirement elicitation, requirement gathering, requirement sign offs and requirement documentation
  • Adept in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with both business and technical colleagues, across offices and time zones
  • Able to work in an agile scrum team environment, meeting strict deadlines while delivering a quality product
  • Experience in User Assess Management (UAM) and SailPoint will be highly preferred.
