Responsibilities:

As the Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders, capturing and converting business requirements into functional software specifications. • Accurately document Engineering design into detailed, requirements-level user stories.
  • Create workflow diagrams, host technical design sessions, and ensure technical details are fully captured for project slotting.
  • Act as the project liaison between Engineering and other cross-functional teams, within and outside the organization, to ensure requirements are documented and met.
  • Creation of acceptance criteria for user stories in “Given-When-Then " format to detail software specifications.
  • Work with a variety of data sources and large data sets, pulling data for analysis using efficient SQL query development.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical insights and business implications to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support the Quality Assurance Team in developing appropriate test cases.
  • Actively manage the timeline and deliverables of projects, anticipate risks, and resolve issues.
  • Participate in various Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, story estimations, and spring reviews.
  • Design UI/UX wireframes and mockups for web applications, aligning with the Product Management vision.
  • Conduct other tasks or projects as needed or assigned.
