Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Business Analyst to join our
Digital Practice team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation.
As a Tech BA, you will act as a key business and technical intelligence representative in Versent engagements, capturing and communicating issues and risks. You will enjoy fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring stakeholders involved in every aspect of delivery have a comprehensive understanding of the process

Key Responsibilities

• You will perform business analysis activities for digital apps (Web and Mobile) and collaborate with delivery teams during design, discovery and development sprints.
• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, developers, and project managers.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Workshop support: Work with key stakeholders to define business, technology and user requirements the highest quality standard

Key Criteria:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience leading the delivery of projects in websites/app/microservices/cloud - projects
• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
