TECHNICAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Development Engineer to enhance our talented team and help grow our business.
What is the role? You will be responsible for proactively seeking new sales opportunities and converting incoming sales enquiries. The role is partially field based as site visits to clients are necessary. You will work with clients to produce bespoke solutions for their packaging and transport needs.
Who are we? We are Francis Ward, a manufacturing company based in Bradford, specialising in plastic moulding and metal fabrication. Part of The Rotational Moulding Group, we are a family run business with a passion for what we do! You will be welcomed into a team of friendly and dedicated people.
What do we manufacture? Our industrial packaging range includes high specification reusable IBCs and heavy-duty plastic drums. These are sold into numerous industries including Chemical, Food Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals.
Who are you? You will be a tenacious individual, experienced in sales and client relationship management, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. With a background in a technical or engineering related field, you will have fantastic problem solving and analytical skills and of course you will be able to work effectively with a team. Knowledge of industrial or chemical packaging industry would be a real bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
