THE OPPORTUNITY:

City FM is looking for a skilled Technical Centre Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in improving the performance of our Building Management Systems (BMS) by analyzing data, resolving system issues, and collaborating with various teams. Your technical expertise will help identify and implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency across Kmart & Target stores.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Computer networking experience and the ability to operate cloud-based server platforms.
• Willingness and ability to learn various BMS applications such as Tridium, Innotech, and RDM.
• A solid understanding of HVAC fundamentals.
• Experience with BMS systems such as Innotech, RDM, or Niagara.
• Knowledge of technical drawings, operator manuals to assist in diagnostics.
• Familiarity with IOT protocols such as MQTT and REST API.
• Full Australian work rights.

• Process Improvement: Interrogate processes within Kmart Group/City Business to prioritize and report on BMS Technical Centre work.
• Systems Development: Enhance systems to monitor, identify, and report on potential improvements within the BMS Technical Centre.
• Alarm Analysis: Analyze BMS alarms to identify HVAC/Building system trends and recommend improvements.
• Data Presentation: Utilize various formats (spreadsheets, charts, reports, presentations) to present analysis and information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate across teams to ensure project timelines are met and initiatives are successfully executed.
