- Abgeschlossene Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gute Kenntnisse von Change-Management Prozessen und Verfahren
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
- Reisebereitschaft national
- Engagierte selbstständige, aktive sowie teamorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse
