As a Technical Client Manager (Support), you’ll be part of our Technology Team, bringing your technical expertise to support hardware, software, and service-related aspects within the Digital Signage sector.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical contact for our German clients
- Respond to support inquiries and manage our ticketing system
- Assist remotely with new installations and setups of Digital Signage systems
- Plan and broadcast content using our CMS
- Support project management
