DESCRIPTION

Join TWi as we build our pre-sales and partner sales functions. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with experience in the technical communications, learning or translation industries to lead this initiative. This role is ideal for someone with both strategic vision and hands-on sales skills ready to take full ownership of our expanding sales function. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the pre-sales process, collaborate with Marketing on outbound sales campaigns, and own our partner relationships. This role offers the opportunity to initially strengthen the pre-sales and partner functions, and then expand to manage a broader team as we grow.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree BA/BS or similar in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a technology-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the technical communications, translation, or learning industries.
  • Experience in strategic planning with a record of building and leading sales functions.
  • Skilled in sales tools and platforms, including Hubspot.
  • A curious mindset that drives you to seek automation best practices and embrace AI to drive workflow efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of exceeding business objectives.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.
  • Adaptable, able to adjust to the evolving needs of the business and lead change.
