WHAT’S THE POSITION?
We are seeking a Technical Compliance Analyst to sit in our international markets team which means you’ll be working on markets outside of the USA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the build out of technical compliance matrices for new jurisdictions including providing advice regarding technical regulations and requirements.
- Building out technical compliance processes to ensure compliance with gaming licenses and applicable law.
- Undertaking compliance monitoring reviews including obtaining evidence of compliance and working with the business on any areas of non-compliance and generating regular and routine reports on the same to management.
- Liaising with regulators and managing requests and reports, working with external auditors and Laboratories preparing for certifications and audits.
- Undertaking regulatory filings as required by gaming licenses or applicable law.
- Updating the business on technical developments in legislation and advising on the meaning. Assisting with build out of controls.
- Providing technical guidance on new products.
- Assist in finding the root cause of technical compliance issues and creating solutions to address issues.
