Description:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR TECHNICAL & COMPLIANCE COORDINATORS!
Salary: £23,500.00 PLUS bonus potential of up to £1,500 per month
Location: Swansea Marina Head Office
Hours of work:36,5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
REQUIRED SKILL SET:
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and compliance checks.
- Great concentration allowing you to screen data for long periods without losing focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Comfortable using Google documents and conducting internet-based research.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Join our multi-award-winning team at CES, recognised with the UK National Energy Efficiency Award 2023! We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Coordinators to join our expanding Technical and Compliance Department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful retrofit projects that enhance energy efficiency, reduce energy bills, and lower carbon emissions in consumers’ homes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quality Compliance: Ensure the compliance of all information related to our retrofit installations.
- Improvement Plans: Generate improvement plans for each project based on retrofit assessment data.
- Energy Rating Enhancement: Ensure all projects achieve an improvement in energy rating, guaranteeing a reduction in energy bills for our customers.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure efficient delivery processes.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and deliver compliant projects to energy companies.
