TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Location: Thetford
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week

KEY SKILLS
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of HACCP
- Demonstrable track record of delivering continuous improvement in technical and food safety standards
- Experience of managing internal & external auditing processes and requirements
- Excellent track record of managing teams; building capability, addressing any issues effectively and in compliance with legislative and company policies & procedures
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced HACCP
- Industry recognised technical qualification - HND/Degree or equivalent
- Internal Auditing Qualification
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Thetford operation is a breaded/coated product centre of excellence. As a value added, non-kill site we have no live animals or butchery onsite. It uses best in class equipment, which enables the site to deliver significant environmental benefits. The low-energy building is the flagship development within the 2 Sisters Food Group.
As a Technical Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role where you will lead all technical compliance activities across our site, ensuring that our processes and documentation meet the highest standards. You will be at the forefront of all audits, including customer audits, ensuring that our site adheres to all necessary checks, balances, and processes to satisfy customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all technical compliance activities across the site
- Manage and lead on all audits
- Promote and enhance the culture of food safety and quality
- Lead the HACCP steering group on site
- Produce regular quality performance reports to assist Production Managers in eliminating non-conformances
- Manage a team of six direct reports, ensuring stability and high performance
