OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Essential skills:

  • A degree in the STEM fields or any subject which can support the role.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the compliance space in the online gambling industry.
  • Expertise in relation to the technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and Change management are a plus.

Nice to have skills:

  • Previous experience in regulatory reporting, and understanding of data models of Safe servers.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Regulated Product Compliance Specialist you’ll join a team of all rounders with various backgrounds but who share a unique passion for technology and compliance. You’ll act as a second line of defense to ensure that the regulated product for the Central Europe region adheres to applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Mastering product compliance requirements for the Central Europe area (e.g. Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands), ensure that all the internal tools are up to date with the latest applicable version of the requirements and provide interpretation and guidance as appropriate;
  • Delivering technical requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and review designs against compliance;
  • Contributing to promoting a compliance culture within the organisation;
  • Being highly involved in technical audit activities;
  • Supporting and closely cooperating with the Compliance team to address findings and incidents,
  • Contributing to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group;
  • Supporting the internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries;
  • Monitoring and assessing changing requirements in new and existing markets and ensure timely analysis and announcements.
