Responsibilities:

  • Working with our Clients System Administrators, analyse their technical needs, designs and implement solutions and manage the ongoing support of these solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients on the use and implementation of the Infor Cloud, Infor Operating System (OS), Pathway systems, and partner integrations.
  • Contribute and understand the business objectives of out clients and align those objectives with the technical solutions that Infor provides.
  • As a technical consultant you must stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements in Infor and within the Local Government industry ensuring that our clients are always benefiting from the latest developments and technologies.
  • Contribute and translate business and technical requirements into solution designs to assist the Pathway IBU achieve its business objectives
