A Day in the Life

Your role within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team is to maintain and develop business with all customers in the defined sales district by providing excellent training, education, and technical support, to ensure meeting or exceeding of targets while enhancing Medtronic’s reputation in the market. We continually strive to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, installation and maintenance of company products.
  • Provide technical support to the customers of the region, both before and after the implant of the device.
  • Provide troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request.
  • Prepare study materials & plans.
  • Organise and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
  • Support marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience
  • Able to work in an operating room environment
  • Need to be commutable to London
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communication and influencing skills
