Technical Consultant

The role: As a Technical Consultant, you will provide expertise in the design, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco network infrastructure. You will design, build and implementation of technical solutions within best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
The role will work in a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions. You will maintain a high level of technical knowledge and provide technical advice and recommendations.

To be successful in this role you will possess a high level of expertise and experience in the following technology domains to analyse, provide technical direction, standardisation, professional advice, and support of enterprise ICT services within a large customer focus organisation:

• Cisco switching
• Experience in other domains such as Cisco wireless or Cisco/Alcatel telephony is desirable.
• ITIL or similar change management process experience
• Project delivery experience
