meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
- Consulting and supporting mainly the Swedish HR Business (but also other countries) as well as IT team on technical and process topics in the area of HR Core Master Data as well as Swedish Payroll Data and corresponding technical interfaces
- Supporting the monthly activities before and after the payroll runs
- Ensure stable integration to third party providers (e.g. COINS, Benify, Swedbank) together with related IT teams
- Translating new requirements from different local and global stakeholders into technical deliverables and service requirements
- Analysing, supporting and implementing technical changes in projects, e.g. due to foundation of new companies or due to carveout projects or in case of new tools and applications
- Building up functional and technical expertise, running tests, creating and updating documentation
- Ensuring the implementation, enhancement and support of products and services related to HR master and payroll data and related processes in alignment with the internal and external service delivery model
- Supporting the technical, commercial and organisational accountability for the design, development, transition, security classifications, operation and improvement of the Swedish application interfaces COINS and Benify including all of its components throughout the entire lifecycle of the service.
- Deep analysing, investigating and solving of medium to critical issues within the Swedish HR system landscape
- Engaging in technical change projects and initiatives focused on digitization and AI
- Playing an active role in generating ideas and innovations, as well as handling Problem and Incident Management
authentic & ambitious - Your profile
- You have several years of experience in technology, payroll and integrations
- Possessing technical expertise in SAP HCM, HR cloud solutions and middleware applications
- You are very familiar with SAP HCM payroll, mainly Sweden
- You gained expertise in managing complex integrations
- Being skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and effectively handling pressure situations
- Exhibiting a collaborative mindset, openness to personal development, and a willingness to go the extra mile
- You are strong in communication and collected experience in Agile working methods
- You are a teamplayer focussing on results and user satisfaction
- Fluent in English with proficiency in German communication as well
- You have basic Swedish language skills and / or the willigness to learn it
