YOUR ROLE
Content Administrator will be responsible for creating visually appealing PowerPoint templates of icons/images, updating content, and implementing best practices to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of presentations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Revise and update existing Technical Presentations to align with current marketing templates and accommodate content changes related to evolving buildings.
- Infuse creativity by integrating multimedia elements, charts, graphs, and other visual aids to enhance the overall quality and impact of presentations.
- Routinely review and enhance technical presentations to reflect changes in corporate templates.
- Generate customer-facing documents and templates in instances where current marketing content is unavailable.
- Establish a content library accessible to the team for use in customer-facing presentations.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to DLR standards.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing as needed.
- Demonstrate effective work execution with limited supervision.
- Track work using Excel sheets to document daily tasks accurately.
- Save documents online to ensure accessibility for the team.
