JOB DESCRIPTION
Nexgen A/S provides Fiber Optical products for Telecom-, Datacom- and Mobile networks specializing in Transceivers, WDMs and Cable products. We do in-house design and cooperate with the world’s strongest assembly lines and are selling our products all over Europe and Americas,
Nexgen is a dynamic and fast-growing company, and we are now expanding our technical inside sales / customer service team on our site in Allerød, Denmark.
Your tasks will include:
- Technical pre-sales, answering customer queries and supporting them on choice of solutions
- Processing customer orders and transactions
- After-sales services, including goods change requests
- Technical support work surrounding troubleshooting, testing and evaluating technologies
- Hoc support tasks for various internal departments
Desired profile (knowledge, skills, experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or similar
- Hands on / technical knowledge of fiber optical products / networks
- English language, spoken and written; Other languages will be considered as an advantage
- You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
- You are used to work with deadlines, and you have a positive attitude – also during busy periods
- You have a structured and service minded approach in your work and have high skills in cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders, also internationally
- You are creative, flexible, and autonomous.
