Responsibilities:
- Assistance on technical tasks to Support Engineers – running modified database queries; loading data files; creating reports.
- Documentation updates.
- Email communication with customers.
- Distribution of customer tickets to support engineers.
- Help with office administrative tasks, organization of team events.
- After successful onboarding possibility of procurement related activities: catalog replication, parameters modification, log gathering.
- With progress we’ll slowly raise your game with standard Technical Support Engineer duties, aiming to eventually level you up to a full-time role.
