ABOUT THE JOB

Cigna is seeking an IT Assets coordinator who will work between the Glasgow and Greenock offices. You will report to, and work in close collaboration with, the IT Service Desk Manager. Having responsibility for the delivery of IT Assets at both offices and ensuring that in-office technology is functioning to an excellent level that enables colleagues to work with minimal technical issues. You will partner with team members from other offices to keep standard operating procedures aligned and on track. You will be expected to work four days a week at your primary office and one day at the alternate office. People management skills are required, although this role will have no direct people management responsibilities.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within IT.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware and peripherals.
  • Technical currency
  • Strong technical knowledge of SCCM
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with inventory management software and procurement processes.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills
  • Supportive, customer-focused
  • Proactive and positive mindset
