TECHNICAL DATA ANALYST

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for documenting non-compliance concerns with inbound shipments from dealers.
• Provide formal feedback to the field staff.
• Interact with dealers
• Review existing summary reports of non-compliance issues for possible action.
• Complete documentation regarding non-compliance using provided PowerPoint templates for formal field/dealer feedback.
• Act as site representative for dealer inquiries.
• Monitor weekly/monthly reporting to identify trends.

What do you bring?

• Competence with typical office computer applications such as Microsoft Wo9rd, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Self-motivating with limited supervision.
• 2 year Associates degree preferred
• Automotive knowledge
• Experience working in a dealership service or parts department
