Description:
Our Core Technology and Advisory team deliver a broad range of projects and initiatives that span Macquarie Asset Management. This includes User Access Management (UAM), ITSM governance and automation, management of centrally driven initiatives, and other services and technologies across all Macquarie Asset Management technology teams.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will be a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead responsible for ensuring the resources and capabilities within the program are effectively aligned to deliver on the objectives within agreed timeframes. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology, and business teams to drive delivery of outcomes that will have a material impact on the business.
What you offer
- 10 + years’ of leading teams and delivering complex technology projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience influencing across technology and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent project management and co-ordination skills and ability to context switch and be across multiple initiatives
- Strong experience and understanding of ITSM and governance as well as a strong risk mindset
- Experience in a DevOps environment and experience with JIRA, Confluence and other project tools
- Exposure/experience with AWS
- Deep understanding of working in an agile environment which may include SCRUM and Kanban.
