Prepare MTO’s for plastic piping systems based on project specifications, P&ID, blueprints, and other relevant documents.
Prepare technical submittals and proposals.
Use drawing software to prepare detailed drawings and schematics of plastic piping systems.
Prepare spools manufacturing drawings.
Reviews project documentation ensuring accuracy and follow up on ITP activities with QC team.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as planning, procurement, QC & production teams to make sure that all milestones are tracked and achieved.
Ensures that procurement requests are place in time and accurately to avoid delays in production.
Responsible for fabrication item code creation in the ERP and salesforce, update the BOM and routings in ERP, calculate costs and update the selling price in ERP and Salesforce.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholder to ensure that projects run smoothly.
Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical) with at least 8 years of relevant experience with advanced project management experience
Expert in designing tools (CAD/REVIT/NAVIS)
Detailed engineering piping design capabilities
Knowledge of MS Project or other project management tools will be an advantage
Effective influencing personality with effective communication skills and with the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders
Must be an advanced technical problem solver with clear understanding of solutions
