Description:
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, and maintaining electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs, and engineering documentation while adhering to Company, industry, and governmental standards for multiple customers. They will interpret and manage design requirements, utilize design tools for configuration design control, and oversee the creation of complex systems designs. Additionally, the candidate will validate engineering system designs, lead product installation designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, maintenance, and release of electrical/mechanical drawings and systems designs
- Interpret and manage design requirements
- Use design tools to document and maintain configuration design control
- Create and maintain complex systems designs including design layouts and system integration
- Validate engineering system design and functionality
- Lead product installation designs ranging from simple to complex
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional groups, internal partners, and external suppliers
- Review work assignments and provide guidance to team members
Skills:
- Proficiency in electrical/mechanical design
- Strong understanding of engineering documentation standards
- Ability to interpret and manage design requirements effectively
- Experience with design tools for configuration design control
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating activities with various stakeholders
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $50.91/hour -$55.02/hour
