As a Technical Detailer, you’ll be a key player on our team, crafting detailed CAD drawings to drive the manufacture of staircases. You’ll also be in contact with customers, measuring jobs and preparing documentation. You’ll program custom jobs so they’re manufactured and installed on site, and liaise with installers and customers during and after installation.

• Crafting detailed CAD drawings, manufacturing specs, cutting lists and paperwork for our custom stairs.
• Interpreting differing quotations and purchase orders.
• Collaborating with builders, supervisors, and installers to solve on-site issues.
• Working with the Sales Team on ordering and specification queries.
• Communicating efficiently with the Technical Detailing Managers and team.
• Ordering specialist external products with speed.
• Reporting to the Technical Detailing Manager – Custom Builders, you’ll work Monday to Friday on a full-time basis. Your role will involve:
