JOB INTRODUCTION

To lead all projects associated with the strategic development and implementation of PSC capital investment Programme across all WGS Global Packaging facilities. To deliver performance and results in line with the overall PSC strategy ensuring operations are compliant in relevant legislation, delivered in time and in line with agreed spend.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with strong leadership and project management skills to lead key Packaging & Supply Chain strategic development initiatives. Our ideal candidate is experienced in working cross-functionally to manage resources, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and compliant with all relevant legislation. You’ll be adept at risk management, providing clear progress updates to senior leadership, and developing practical solutions for complex challenges. A background in packaging engineering or supply chain management, along with a proven track record in continuous improvement and production optimization, is essential. You should excel at building relationships with stakeholders and driving alignment across functions.
