JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Technical Draft Engineer, specializing in drafting for interior fit-out and joinery. Experience with exhibition platforms will be a plus. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, 3D models, and layouts that support the design and construction process. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure that all drawings meet client specifications, industry standards, and project deadlines. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software will be essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical Drafting: The candidate will create detailed technical drawings and 3D models for interior fit-outs, joinery, and exhibition platforms, ensuring precision and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaboration: They will work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to gather project specifications, understand design intentions, and incorporate them into the technical drawings.
• Material Specifications: The candidate will prepare accurate material lists and specifications, coordinating with suppliers to ensure all materials meet design and structural requirements.
• Quality Assurance: They will review and validate technical drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Site Coordination: The candidate will liaise with on-site teams to resolve technical issues during the construction phase, ensuring execution aligns with the approved designs.
• Documentation: They will maintain organized records of all technical drawings, revisions, and project-related documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
• Continuous Improvement: The candidate will stay updated with the latest industry trends, software tools, and construction techniques to enhance drafting accuracy and efficiency.
• Client Feedback: When necessary, they will engage with clients to discuss design concepts, present technical drawings, and make adjustments based on feedback.
